South China Normal University (SCNU) Scholarship Details

In essence, the South China Normal University CSC scholarship is a fully financed grant that takes care of the recipient’s living, housing, and educational expenditures. The degree level of the recipient determines which categories the prizes fall under. They are as follows:

A monthly stipend of 2,500 RMB will be given to recipients who are enrolled in undergraduate programs, together with free accommodation and tuition remission.
Candidates for master’s degree programs will be waived tuition and given a monthly stipend of 3,000 RMB. Included are lodging and meals as well.
Doctorate students will get a monthly stipend of 3,500 RMB to cover their living expenses. There are no extra costs for the students’ lodging or tuition. All awardees receive lodging on campus for free.

Factors to take into account when applying for the CSC Scholarship;

Make sure that all of your degrees and transcripts have been uploaded to the CSC Scholarship website and the university website, respectively, with verifiable copies (in case the university requests a separate application).
Ask two or more of your former instructors to submit recommendation letters for you. A compelling letter of recommendation is meant to support your application.
A letter of admission from a professor at the university of your choosing is not necessary. On the other hand, having one could increase your chances of winning the scholarship.
