What you will provide is as follows:

Reporting to the Practice Manager, Practice Administrator, Associate Director, or Director
The Office Supervisor is in charge of the general performance of one or more assigned medical practices in one or more locations with one or more doctors.
This role oversees, directs, administers, and coordinates all medical office operations, except those that directly involve professional medical judgment.

Duties

In charge of efficiently informing all employees and providers on rules, processes, forms, modifications, and requirements.
Keeps an eye on workers’ time and attendance, making any adjustments before the payroll deadline. maintains records of paid time off and CME for healthcare professionals per the contract.
To make sure that workers are motivated, valued, and engaged, survey data is shared, action plans are made, and their progress is tracked.
In charge of organizing the team to deliver top-notch patient care and creating and carrying out plans to enhance the patient experience.

Qualifications

To succeed, you’ll need the following skills and knowledge:

Minimum specifications:

A bachelor’s degree plus no prior healthcare experience, an associate’s degree plus one year of experience in the field, or a high school graduation (or its equivalent) plus two years of experience in the field

Preferred qualifications:

Preferably, four or more years of experience managing a medical office’s workflow, or one year as a medical office supervisor.
Preferably, you have an associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
Certification of Medical Office Manager
