Promptly and politely handle requests, complaints, and questions from visitors and staff. Make certain that all misplaced belongings left in guest rooms are noted on the worksheet and turned in to the manager or supervisor at the end of the shift.
Make sure that any maintenance or safety dangers are promptly reported to the manager or supervisor to lower the risk of hazards.
