Full Job Description

The chosen applicant is responsible for:

  • Ensuring quality control and food service
  • Maintaining sales and waste records
  • Establishing work schedules
  • Overseeing the trays’ assembly
  • Monitoring supplies and repairs
  • Ordering food supplies and ingredients
  • Educating staff members on hygienic and safety procedures
  • Making budgets and cost estimates
